Michelle attended both days of the Signature Indian Derby wearing first a blue Peter Pilotto on day one and a straplessMary Katrantzou on day two. Of the two looks, I prefer the Peter Pilotto one, perhaps, because there is no fascinator overpowering the look as it does in the MK one.
If the print on the MK feels familiar it’s cuz Katrina wears a gown version of it in the Berger Paints ad (see inside).

Natasha attended the Style Du Jour bash in a Fall 2012 Mary Katrantzou which I think she modified from a gown to a dress. With the dress being so busy, it was a good idea to go with a subtle black clutch and black Loubs.

Been meaning to post this appearance of Natasha’s for a while now… Better late than never, yes? While at the races, she picked a Mary Katrantzou printed dress. To perhaps make it more event appropriate, she added a belt, a tweed bag and a fascinator.
While we always give Natasha props for her sartorial choices, will say this time around the styling just didn’t work. Wish she skipped the fascinator and the tweed Chanel bag with this dress. Minus the accoutrements though, she looked good.
Speaking of Mary Katrantzou, see the Spring 2013 collection yet? Loved it. And then some more when Indian postage stamps print jumped out at us! ;)

Our excitement of seeing a Mary Katrantzou at Fashion Week was quickly doused when we saw how it was styled. The BV knot worked well but why pair those sandals with that dress. Don’t get us started on the payot-ish hair!

We don’t like to post kids, well, unless of course they’ve come of age. But, we just had to post this spotting of Ananyashree Birla in a Mary Katrantzou! Just so relieved to see there are folks out there who are branching out from the regular fare.
P.S. Not sure if we got her name right. Correct us if we got it wrong.
