On The Red Carpet

January 15th, 2012 at 6:35 am . by Priyanka

At the Filmfare do, it was a Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna dress for Poorna. Jewelry by Tara Jewels, Jimmy Choos and a clutch by Anusha Lalwani completed her look.

For the Screen Awards, Poorna wore a Falguni and Shane Peacock gown and jewelry by Amrapali.

Which of her red carpet outings was more of a success?

P.S: Both of Poorna’s looks were styled by Chandni Bahri.

  2. Zina says:

I like both looks, but I love how the styling and gown brought out the feminine side in her.

Tie between Poorna and Deepika for the most gorgeous red carpet look, stunning

  4. Meena says:

Both dresses are fabulous on her, but I wish she had skipped the earrings and also done something different with her hair at the Screen Awards.

    • razia says:

She looks so different in both looks…she has short hair in one and long side braid for the other. Both bold choices paid off.

  5. samira says:

That’s some body she’s got. She can pull of androgenous and feminine like no other girl in Bollywood can.

  6. Iris says:

is that her slip/underskirt showing in the first pic? yech! much prefer the Screen pic.

  7. Pooja says:

Love the clutch at the Filmfare do. It compliments the outfit so well!

  8. just me says:

Poorna does look nice but I feel her make up always lets her down. Makes her skin look blotchy/oily. In Delhi Belly she has this fresh, natural looking skin. I’d tone it down a few notches if I were her- less of the bronzer/rouge on the cheeks and not too dark with the eyes. Btw, does anyone else feel she sort of looks like Sendhil Ramamurthy!?

  9. Sal(SS) says:

That gown is brilliant on her. It’s both feminine and edgy.

  10. pune pasha says:

horrible hair and pathetic make up ….. worse still an expression that says B%*&$5 ! the only saving grace is the gown . cant say the same for the black dress

  11. rhu says:

bad make up…n she needs to learn diff. poses

  12. Srilalitha says:

WOW @ screen awards – her makeup and hair are just GREAT

  13. pia says:

She’s bringing some much needed edge to bollywood. She got both her looks perfect.
