i don’t see anything wrong with either look.
one cannot always be dressed formal, made up, wearing designer clothes.
living in LA i am so used to seeing flip flops and torn jeans, that this seems perfectly fine to me.
p&p i think you guys are being toooo critical.

Aww I love Neha! She has that “girl next door” look that I lovvve. I think she looks great natural, and the 2nd outfit is kinda cute!

and this denim-yellow combo… ah what to say…

I am not sure…both looks are great for hanging out and watching a flick with girl friends…way too casual for premieres.

Wedges with a mini skirt don’t work – i like the first look, its simple chic

i think the second look is just fine, its fresh. At least unlike some other celebrities, she is not wearing winter clothing in peak of summer.

Very summery and nice. As Brenda pointed out it is very common here .And yes celebrities do need a break away from designer wear.

i like her 2nd look…like someone mentioned, one cannot look prim and proper all the time and she does a good job of dressing up when she wants to as well for formal occasions..she’s dressed like i would be on a hot summer day..and it’s not always easy to look good in casual clothes and she pulls it off really well…

Very weather appropriate and sexy ;) :P

Not creative but certainly not drab either time.

WTH. Have people lost their minds? The skirt is just plain old tacky in both looks. There is no excuse for wearing it to any event except at home. This is taking casual way too far.

I think she looks just fine, esp the second look…

Yeah agree with everyone. This is one shade of yellow I would never wear. but then she looks good and the whole look goes nicely. I usually detest wedges but I love these. And what’s the big deal? It’s not like Sarah Jessica parker showed up for the premiere of sex in the city here. She’s just come to watch a movie, so nothing wrong with the flip-flops. Second look is perfect for the weather in mumbai right now.

I think she looks rather nice…yellow suits her

I agree that there’s nothing horribly wrong with either outfit, and the second one is pretty cute, barring the frayed edges of her skirt. Nevertheless, the outfits are simply not suitable for their respective occasions. A t-shirt, denim skirt, and plastic flip flops are not appropriate for a movie premiere, period. I’m not sure how formal the press meet was, but I assume that business casual wear would have definitely been more appropriate. There are other ways to beat the heat, and still look somewhat formal. A sundress in a rich color would have been perfect.

I like the top in the second pic. And the bangle. And the peep toes.

She seems like she was trying to look relaxed with her first outfit choice, but actually DOES look relaxed in the second. I think it’s a nice casual look- chose a long top to balance out the mini, the yellow looks great on her, and the wedges are cute!

While these outfits may not be to my taste, they look good on her. She is smart and looks super fit–go neha!

That skirt for a premier or press meet is not done. It’s fine to hang out with friends or relax at home.
