In Bodice
Wearing a dress by Ruchika Sachdeva, Monica attended to her judging duties while at a recent pageant. We love ourselves a Bodice sighting! Wavy hair, nude make-up and ankle-strap sandals finished out her look. She looked good!

Those are some fugly shoes she has on. And the toe spillage is making it worse. She is not making that dress or kurta work, actually no one can. It’s bad.
Ugggh, that looks like a badly stitched nightgown stopping mid calf..shudder.
I cannot fathom why you liked it so much, or are you just teasing us P&P
Nobody would pay money for that rag of an outfit.
this whole look is just awkward, the “dress” looks like a shrunken nightie an aunty would wear.
I think she looks cute 🙂
I am tired of all the cookie cutter designer stuff that everyone is wearing these days. She looks radiant and makes it work.
+1
Body cons, floral prints and anarkalis have become a snoozefest. Nice to see someone wear something different and work it.
couldnt agree more. if its not a sheath/black pumps or saree/updo look. i mean we have the same folk overjoyed with those ridiculously uncreative/hardly discernable from each other looks karisma kappor has on. ugh.
I swear I had a similar kurta when I was in class VII.
Then must say…u were a fashionista since u were in class vii..:P about the look..its a bad one…nothing working here..nothing
Looks like nighties are in vogue….! Seriously P&P, “she looked good”????
please tell me if the meaning of ‘looks good’ has changed coz i have seen old aunties wear this at home !
oh please, just get this away from me.
i think she looks great.
wow. what is up with everyone on this site? hhc ladies, expand your minds please! fashion doesnt always = karishma kapoor/sophie choudary in those totally predictable mainstream outfits. it has to accomodate different sensibilities. shaair looks fabulous mostly! as does kiran rao (who is someone who gets a lot of flak in these comments) and in this totally ‘ i didnt spend twenty hours getting dressed/thinking about what to wear’ way. in a way, its almost not ‘put-together’, but spontaneous and expressive and unique! how can that not project as beautiful! you guys really need to get out of that mental trap you have going. jeez!
Its matronly…and totally inappropriate for anything glam…jus a bad outfit day
