So true !!! Feels like she forgot to wear the churidar/ leggings !! on second thoughts, can it really look good as a dress, sans the bottom? maybe its my indianness but this just doesnt pass as a dress fr me !

Don’t mind the boots! It’s a great festival outfit! Hate the bag though!

She looks like a bag lady in that getup.

And I don’t like the dress on her, on any of the ladies, on anyone. Not a nice dress.

While I see you point, but seriously…way to ruin the dress? A bit much I think. I mean with an Indian sensibility yes, it looks off, but if saw her on the street in the US, I could have cared less about the boots and the bag. It is OK for ppl to reinterpret styles in their own way.

I really like this kurta, even as a dress. I’m just confused by the white tote and the black shoulder bag.
I wish I could get myself wear such shoes/boots with dresses. They’re so darn comfy… esp for walking. I don’t think I can carry off that combo, though.

I honestly believe she adds a life & zing to the outfit by pairing it with a casual foot wear & a great bag. The mix-&-match works here!

I think we need to see this dress combo in a different perspective. And so i think i get it :)

contrary to what u think, i think it looks great on her…
the boots have definitely added a bit of impact to the whole outfit.

In Hollywood, Mischa is known for her boho dresssing sense. So I didn’t blink an eyelid at this get up of hers. She is usually photographed in her ususal style whne out and about….eclectic, rocker, boho and hippy style… Though personally I’m not a fan of this kinda style at all…but there are many who dresses this way…

i get what barton is trying to do with that look. pairing clunky boots with mini dresses is hardly unheard of. kind of reminds me of monica geller (from the tv show friends) in the early 90’s.

i have no idea who bai ling is, but WHY is she posing like THAT?

I think it works better in its boho casual avatar on Mischa than it ever did on Diana Hayden, Ekta Choudhary and Neha Dhupia with the ugly black tights.
And the dress is a ruin by itself so I guess Mischa even makes a potato sackish dress work!

The dress made it to Go fug yourself.

What these two are doing to that dress, combining it like that, is just wrong.

She isn’t ruining the dress, only dressing down. Fashion enthusiasts should judge people’s dresses only when they dress up for it on an occasion or event. No one goes out for everyday chores wearing co-ordinated outfits and if they do- seems pretty pathetic. Checking youself in the mirror and spending time on the wardrobe to go buy eggs is sad.
