She looks like a wax figure. Why is her make-up always so bad?

She looks like she is in mourning.

I agree it looks like an outfit one would wear at a funeral. That straight hair isn’t helping either.

She is in an Indian event in India. And black is not considered a mourning colour in most places here.. So i don’t see this link. I like the outfit. But it is too simple for the event in question.

Eh? Not mourning but its supposed to be inauspicious for sure across the country.

She looks a little bit like an “in-mourning” version of Gabrielle Anwar from Burn Notice.

Neck up she looks very Hollywood !! Guess she missed the memo of this being an iftar party :)

i like the look neck down, minus the creased pants. but that i will forgive her because she probably just came out of a long car ride.

neck up i never like her looks. plastic cindy doll head.

She does know how to change it all up… Natural permed hair to straight … Dresses, pants etc etc… I think she looks good but walked in to a wrong party…

she must have worn pink lips with this look..it would have elevated the look by several notches..

I like the outfit. She looks good. But this is a festive event, so not appropriate.

    So inappropriate for the event

She’s just never event-appropriate and that for me totally undermines her style.

The whole purpose of Iftar during Ramadan is for people to get together at the end of the day and break their fast – to thank God for everything he’s blessed us with. It is a month when we should be especially non-extravagant. Being a muslim, I find it really offensive that this Holy month is abused by the Bollywood brigade for showing off their expensive clothes & jewels, for throwing parties for the rich & famous (who don’t fast, muslim or not) and pretend to open their roza during these over-the-top iftar parties. Honestly, nothing is more sickening.

I agree. These promotions are getting ridiculous. I find it offensive even though I am not a Muslim.

Leaving the event in question aside, I think she looks good! She has really come far with her sartorial sense, and I like it that she does her own thing!

This outfit was screaming for a statement necklace and some brighter lips.

she is certainly not dressed for the occasion, but this is looking more and more like a movie promo event anyway. besides, some thandak amidst the sea of bling!
