In Gaurav Gupta Couture

While most ladies did traditional silk saris at this reception, Divya went offbeat wearing a Gaurav Gupta fusion sari from the designer’s couture collection. Sporting the burgundy outfit with a sleek middle-parted hair do, her look was finished out with an Annika Rucci clutch and jewellery from Om Jewellers.

In the past, we’ve seen Divya falter when it came to her make-up. No such issues here though. She looked fantastic. Now, the sheer element of the skirt may not be everyone’s cup of tea but for me it wasn’t a deal breaker. Was it for you?

  1. The belt on the sari looks so cool and futuristic that the regular ho hum necklace and clutch are really taking away from the look.

Would have looked way better without those two things. In any case, she’s a very beautiful woman but always has vacant dead eyes.

  2. She looks fantastic. We are seeing her take fashion risks and in this case the risk has paid off well. The beautiful sheer burgundy goes well with her skin tone. She is totally standing out in the sea of sabyasachis

  3. I love this look! It’s good that she isn’t following the herd and dressing as per the norm in traditional Indian wear. She looks fabulous, ocb loos really suits her

  4. Fabulous! She’s got the body to carry it off, and her stylist knows it! However, she does do the deer-caught-in-headlights look too often…
