Seeing Neetu in this gown sure made us wonder whether Ms. Lulla drew inspiration from frilly knickers worn by pin-up girls in the 50s (and seen nowadays only on burlesque/cabaret dancers). :P

Either ways, these frills maybe quite cute in small doses, but on a full-length gown, they are a major WTHEYY!
