…maybe she read this blog…we were talking about wanting her to change it up a bit :D
i thought she can only look good in a saree..i was wrong.. she is graceful even in a normal tee!
I think designers should come up with lovely & graceful clothes for women of all shapes, sizes and age. Some beautiful women have limited options once they get older…and I think its just not fair to expect them to wear a saree or salwar all the time.

She looks good. And look at the accessories. Bag, a man’s watch, glasses, its pretty good.
Oh I actually like her in this. She does not look awkwardly dressed at all. Its a nice change from her sarees and it does not look like she is trying too hard at all. She looks comfy and her outfit looks nice and simple too.
She went the opposite way and still looks good.

Why should this be a one-off thing? I think she looks good, and why shouldnt she be able to just be casual….i mean you cant always dress up in a sari and jellery etc…i think she looks great in this casual look.

she’s an old lady and most of our mothers would be in a simple pair of jeans and tee of this sort – particularly with that figure. i agree that designers need to come up with more flattering ideas for people of this age and size. otherwise i’m quite happy seeing her look this way for a casual event.
