I am now convinced that you make certain statements just to provoke your readers..that garment that she is wearing and she calls a saree is nothing but an insult to a saree..!

I would say that one is a Masaba sari
designed after a Kerala vacation. But then your sources are more
    reliable than mine. :D :P

This is the problem I have with the concept of “designer”..The saree above looks like a desperate attempt to be different !!

if ths is wt designers designs these days… God save us..
1st one is horrible frm head to toe..
2nd looks like a very bad imitation of Masaba’s designs..

I totally agree.. She neither has the attitude to carry a quirky outfit nor has any design sensibility!

Like the quirkiness of both ensembles…..those blue tassels are an overkill though!

    I love it !!!!

i don’t understand why there can’t be variations to the sari. Its fun and its different !!! Its always good to have options.

Look at how many variations the salwars have thru in Pakistan !!!!

I like Masaba -what Anupamaa is wearing though, is just a mess. Gah. The things people get away with in the name of style.

She is probably wearing her own because no one else will wear it?
