Vidya was seen at Diwali parties on Saturday wearing a purple georgette sari from Gopi Vaid feauturing an embroidered blouse. She looked lovely in it but it also looks like she draped the sari inside out. If you look closely, there is embroidery on the other side of the border and the silver side that we see is the lining to support it.
Update: Looks like the lining is a banarasi pattern so she did wear it the right way.

No, its not inside out. The border is correct. There is fabric lining on the inside for the border. Love the colour and saree. Vidya looks good.
The Banarasi lining whether meant to be inside or out, matches with the pattern on the blouse. It’d be a strange decision to put it on the reverse.

Yes, I do think its inside out. the little bit of the inside border we can see matches her blouse edging to a T. Having said that, its lucky that both sides look nice and the saree was finished well, Otherwise the inside out would not have looked this good.

It’s not inside out. Just a subtle extra touch to have the benarasi pattern covering the inside paad.
Don’t really like the blouse. She looks pretty anyway
