At the screening of a movie, Tillotama was seen wearing a printed Ofrida dress with oxford shoes and a Chamar handbag. The surprise element here though was the blue leggings and since it wasn’t overwhelming the look, I quite liked it.

Looks absolutely silly
I like the outfit, it’s wild, wacky, wonderful and suits Tilottama to a T. 🙂
doesn’t work in theory but looks great on her. Style is as much about who as what.
I think the look would have been whimsical without the lipstick and jewelry. They seem to clash with the overall look.
