Vidya was seen in brown saris back to back at Begum Jaan promotional events on Saturday, first in an Eka linen one and then in a Anavila. What made both looks stand out here were the Inaayat nose-pins that she pulled off effortlessly.
She looked pretty in both looks.
Her Eka sari was paired with Mine of Design jewellery and the Anavila one with Amrapali.

Vidya helped unveil a book in Mumbai on Tuesday wearing a hand-painted silk Picchika sari with an Amrapali bracelet and a Jaipur Watch Company watch.
In theory, I should love this look instantly, especially given the pearl element and the sari itself. But, the blouse with its sheen, is keeping me on the fence.

At a recent movie’s success do in Mumbai, Vidya was photographed in a metallic Anavila sari. Wearing her hair down, she finished out the look with jewelry from Being Human and Shaze.
The understated jewelry made for a nice change of pace. And while the jewelry didn’t take away from the look, the pleats on Ms. Balan’s sari which seem to have taken on a life of their own sure did.

Vidya interacted with students of Anupam Kher’s acting school at a seminar today and kept it casual in Bungalow 8 separates that included her signature big silver necklace, this one being a Sangeeta Boochra.
Some of you may find the outfit a bit dowdy but I quite liked it. That is until I saw the shoes and really wished she’d picked a pair of simple kolhapuris.

Wearing a traditional pattu sari, Vidya attended Ronnie Screwvala’s daughter, Trishya’s wedding reception. Bindi aside, the actor finished out the look with jewelry from Amrapali and Suhana Art and Jewels.
Ms. Balan looked absolutely lovely in her sari. But boy, what wouldn’t we give to see that necklace disappear; that clunky piece of jewelry was a total bummer!
