Sona may not have attended Lakme Fashion Week but she sure seemed to be up-to-date with all the shows and spared no time in sporting some of the pieces showcased on the runway.

At the Mumbai’s Most Stylish do on Thursday, she sported mine, Shveta and possibly everyone’s favorite piece from the Huemn collection, the dripping pocket shirt dress. Friday evening saw her in a Vaishali S draped dress, one that she wore with a black pencil skirt.

Of the two looks, while I preferred her in the Huemn, am on the fence over the boots pick. In theory, the combo should work but in reality, it seemed off. Possibly because of the red carpet.

Gauahar attended a wedding recently wearing a Vaishali S sari, a slight variation of which was also spotted on Dipannita last year. With both wearing the sari with statement earrings and an updo, it was quite hard to pick one over the other. So much so, that we’re voting Both on this one.

At a recent event, spotted Dipannita in a Vaishali S sari. Wearing her hair back, she finished out the look with a big bindi, statement earrings, a gold-tone clutch and metallic jootis.

Between the bindi, earrings and blouse, our first instinct was to declare it overwhelming and move on. But the more we look, the more we like; Dipannita manages to make it all work and look charming while doing it too.
