It was a Tanieya Khanuja gown for Surveen while at the Filmfare event last night. With her hair in a top knot, she finished out the look with jewelry from Anmol. Between the structured bust, lace skirt, plastic-looking sleeves and the bow detail at the back, calling the gown busy would be bit of an understatement. She for her part wore it well but even with all her confidence, we just weren’t sold on the gown.

Wearing a Tanieya Khanuja gown, Tanishaa accompanied sister Kajol to the Filmfare Awards. While she got the styling right, between the cutouts, embellished shoulders and leather hemline, we just weren’t quite fans of the mesh gown itself.

Manasvi picked a Tanieya Khanuja gown for her appearance at a recent event. Fawcett-like blowout, a box clutch, cocktail ring and Jimmy Choo sandals finished out her look. Ms. Mamgai looked nice but if we were to really dissect the look, I find that the ring didn’t do much in the scheme of things. Also, a more dramatic lip or smokier eyes would’ve really played off well against her skin and the jewel-toned dress.

Sonakshi, who also performed at the BSE Awards, walked the red carpet in a lace Tanieya Khanuja gown with jewellery from the recently unveiled KJo for Gehna jewellery line.

At first glance itself, I loved this look and that isn’t changing. But, the more I stare, the more I feel that a sleeveless version would’ve made for an even better look.

Wearing a lace Tanieya Khanuja gown, Sophie walked the Stardust Awards red carpet on Sunday night. Picking up on the gold of the gown, she accessorized the look with a gold trim clutch and gold earrings.

Between the navy lace and the all-over chain detailing, I found the gown very busy. Even Sophie couldn’t salvage the gown with her old-world glamorous styling. This one was a Not Quite for us.
