On her Birthday, with a Good Earth coffee mug in hand (don’t ask me how I know, I just do), Sonam stepped out to meet the waiting photographers wearing a Bungalow 8 dress. The off-duty, easy look works; she looked nice.

Sonam lent her support to dad Anil at the press meet of 24 wearing another Dice Kayek Couture suit. It almost seems like she heard a few of you and paired her dramatic jacket and shirt with pants where the length was more on the right side.
Does this outing get your seal of approval?
While I really like this look, I have to question, again, the appropriateness of it.
A) It wasn’t quite her event.
B) It was just a press meet and didn’t seem to warrant a Couture look
and
C) It just seemed unfair to all the other actors present who seemed to go the more casual route. 😛

Sonam caught a special screening of Nil Battey Sannata on Sunday evening wearing a printed Jodi dress. Picking up on the yellow on the dress, she added a yellow Chloé Hudson bag (catch a better angle here) and finished out the look with Gucci loafers.
Of late, I’d been feeling a bit fatigued over Ms. Kapoor’s looks especially cuz most times, she’d be dressed in styles that felt so mature. This look made for a very welcome change. It was youthful and one that I liked a lot! She looked cute.

Two back to back covers featuring Ms. Haydon oddly had her in dresses that we’d already seen in real life, first the blue Ferragamo on Sonam and then the printed Fendi on Kangana.
No, we’re not saying we want to see new clothes on folks everywhere and with the borrowing of clothes from brands, this is bound to happen, but seeing it happen twice to one person did catch our eye.

Sonam helped inaugurate the Kashish Film Festival on Wednesday and for the appearance picked an Anavila sari look straight from the AIFW runway. Like the model, she too wore the chotu sari with oxfords but wore her hair straightened and side swept.
The sari length being smaller is a tricky one to wear and even style, but I think she wore it well. Now, would I be able to pull this sari off, probably not. Would you try wearing this style in real life?
