Ms. Kapoor made an appearance after eons to launch Elle’s Breast Cancer Campaign at Emporio Mall in Delhi and didn’t disappoint. It seems like Sonam kept the hair in front to distract from the deep neckline but she does it so effortlessly, you don’t quite notice. From what I see, I like but we’ll have to wait for full-lengths to pass a final verdict. (But then, she hardly ever goes wrong with footwear, unlike so many others we see day in and day out.)

A Face Off!

One look at Meester and we had an instant flashback to Ms. Kapoor.

Both young fashionistas chose abstract print Marios Schwab dresses and paired ’em with some ankle heels. While the dresses themselves are different, conceptually both executed the look pretty similarly. For us, it’s impossible to pick a favorite since we think both ladies pulled off their ‘looks’ impeccably well but maybe you won’t be so hard pressed to pick a side? 😉

When we first spotted this Anamika Khanna Fall 09 dress on Sonam, we thought it was a bit too Princess Jasmine’y on her… ironically, cut to a few months later and we see Aladin‘s Jacqueline Fernandez wearing a similar gown from the designer’s Fall 09 collection at her upcoming movie’s press meet. While we love Anamika Khanna, neither of these dresses catch our fancy…

Wearing a beige Anamika Khanna outfit, Ms. Kapoor received the National Award on behalf of her dad Anil Kapoor. Not particularly fond of the suit style collar detail and the necklace seemed unnecessary but we’ll wait for more pics for a final verdict.

Although we don’t get to see the shoes, almost seems like Ms. Kapoor liked the minimal tone of this Pre-Fall 2009 Burberry look so much she wore it as is for the Mont Blanc shoot. Question is, do you like it too?
