For a recent appearance of hers, Shilpa picked a trench and striped skirt, both by Bennch to wear. With her hair pulled back in to a ponytail, she rounded out the look with Viange earrings and Vincenzio Robertina t-strap sandals.

As much as we love strong contrasts, this didn’t quite work. Between that sheen on her trench and the separates’ proportions, it didn’t really come together well. Bit of a miss this.

Shilpa was felicitated with an award this past weekend in UK which she accepted wearing the most gorgeous green sari by Amit Aggarwal. I would’ve thought the metallic tape pallu would be difficult to drape but she sure wore it like a dream.

Both Dia and Shilpa kept things simple while celebrating Eid at Shabana Azmi’s. Wearing their hair down, both ladies rounded out their looks with discreet jewelry and pair of jootis.

They both looked nice. Personally though, I find myself gravitating more towards Shilpa’s warmer tones.

At an iftar party on Sunday, Shilpa was seen wearing a Simar Dugal gharara with jewellery from Amrapali. While she got points for adding that nosepin (a stick on one I think), she lost a few for that gold clutch. A black clutch would’ve looked so much better here.
