Earlier on Tues, Filmfare editor Jitesh Pillai tweeted these pics of Kajol at a photoshoot for the magazine. We, instantly, recognised the Shantanu-Nikhil gown and the dress.

Considering this is a 2nd time we’re seeing Kajol in designs by the designer duo, is it time to assume that the actress has finally broadened her fashion horizons?

I literally fell off the couch upon seeing Kajol in this Shantanu and Nikhil sari-gown. Firstly, because she was not wearing Manish Malhotra and secondly, because she actually put in some effort into the look with the hair and accessories.

Barring the clutch, which we think was way too much for the look, Kajol did look good. In our books, at least. We give a thumbs up just for surprising us!
