In Anita Dongre

Saiyami took in Anita Dongre’s show wearing a red long kurta and palazzo combo with kolhapuri wedges. I do like kolhapuri wedges but I think jootis would’ve worked better here as well as wearing the dupatta around the hand to show off the kurta.

In Mishru

While at a recent movie screening, Saiyami was photographed in Mishru. Wearing her hair up in a halo braid, she rounded out the look with a pair of nude sandals. The appearance was bit of a miss. The outfit begged for some accessories… As is, it looked much too bare and incomplete.

At The Reception

Both Rakul and Saiyami picked sequined gowns for their appearance at the reception last evening, with the former in a Caroline Bibawi number and the latter, in a Kommal Sood. Wearing their hair slicked back, both ladies rounded out their look with smokey eyes and near nude lips.

Of the two, we’ll have to hand this round to Rakul. Though both ladies wore their dresses well, prefer Rakul’s more. Also overall, the look just came together better.

In Anita Dongre

Wearing an Anita Dongre suit, Saiyami attended Shabana Azmi’s Diwali do. Wearing her hair back, she rounded out the look with a small bindi, pearl earrings and pair of neutral sandals.

Pair of black sandals and a more relaxed dupatta-drape would’ve really elevated the look, but that was a minor gripe. In a sea of more of Bollywood-ized festive looks, this stood out, in a good way.

In Roberto Cavalli

At the GQ Awards, Saiyami was photographed in a Roberto Cavalli gown. Going the minimalist route, the actor skipped jewelry and instead rounded out the look with a sleek updo, smokey eyes and pair of classic ankle-strap sandals.

Maybe it was the hair and make-up, but the look wasn’t one of our favorites from the evening. That dress needed more! As is, the look was bit of a snooze.
