Saiyami took in Anita Dongre’s show wearing a red long kurta and palazzo combo with kolhapuri wedges. I do like kolhapuri wedges but I think jootis would’ve worked better here as well as wearing the dupatta around the hand to show off the kurta.

Palazzos could have been a few inches longer?
I hate these short palazzos looks like they are expecting floods .
They look smart only if we’ll stitched and fitted, refer Pakistani fashion. The case here, a long and beautiful kurta with slightly longer pants and tapering embroidery teamed with those jarring sandals, the man pose, hands in pocket..is reducing the entire look of it’s grace.
May be the dress doesn’t need a dupatta. It is elegant without it too !

Think it’s time to retire the palazzo trend. They’ve started looking clownish. Those short ones are hideous. Back to salwars and churidaars.
Jootis would have made a world of difference… the shoes are always a let down …
