Wearing a floral Sabyasachi sari with an embellished blouse, Deepika taped a television show in Mumbai yesterday. Pairing the georgette sari with Isharya earrings and a pair of jootis, the actor finished out the look with an updo, winged eyeliner and a red lip. It’s a whole lot of print but, it worked on her; Deepika looked rather charming!

Sayani joined Kalki at the opening night of NYIFF for the screening of ‘Margarita, With A Straw’ and also wore a Sabyasachi to the do. Her red sari (or is that a lehenga?) was quite striking but considering the blouse was plain, a regular drape might have worked better here.

The New York Indian Film Festival kicked off on Monday with a screening of ‘Margarita, With A Straw’ and in attendance was leading lady Kalki wearing a gold Sabyasachi mini complete with the box clutch that was shown on the runway.

Hair in a sleek side-parted updo, she finished out her look with simple black ankle-strap sandals. She looked good!

When it comes to movie promotions, you are bound to see Ms. Padukone in at least one Sabyasachi look and the actor gave us one today in a sari for her visit to the Comedy Nights sets.

Not that we’re complaining. She always looks so great in them.

Cricketer Suresh Raina tied the knot with childhood friend Priyanka on Friday in a very private ceremony. Both the bride and groom wore Sabyasachi with her in a red lehenga and him in contrasting her lehenga in an all-over embroidered sherwani.
