Earlier in the year, Yashraj Films tied up with KarolBagh Sari House to create a cinema inspired fashion brand called Diva’ni.

The first collection was showcased on Friday which marked the first birthday since director Yash Chopra’s passing and presenting it were nine of his leading ladies and SRK.

The ladies both picked silk saris for a recent launch and while Rekha stuck to her signature look, Sridevi sure was a surprise having picked something other than a Manish Malhotra sari. She looked great!

We had two recent sightings of Rekha, both times in silk saris, but of course. Of the two, loved her in the green. Such a change to see her pick a color other than gold tones and to have her keep it relatively simple.

While everyone else at the reception kept it more or less simple, Rekha stuck to her personal over-the-top style in a gold kanjeevaram. The sari wasn’t the issue as much as all that jewelry was. We know that’s her shtick, but it almost makes us uncomfortable looking at the pic.
