In Raw Mango

Bhumi attended the GQ Best Dressed soiree wearing a Raw Mango decorative breast plate with a skirt and top created from a Raw Mango sari. The breast plate itself is inspired from the piece worn by men when who perform the Theyyam ritual in Kerala.

Coming to Ms. Pednekar, while I give her point for originality the look as a whole feels just too gimmicky and comical. In the large scheme of things, folks who are remembered as best dressed aren’t ones who churn out offbeat costumes but who also have a signature style. Not only Ms. Pednekar, but I really hope every one catches on to that realization soon.

Mini attended Ganesh Puja celebrations wearing a Raw Mango sari with a heavy painted medallion necklace and jhumkas. Didn’t think the jhumkas were needed here but she looked lovely in the sari.

Blackout

At the screening of a movie, Konkona kept it casual in a kurta and pants set from Raw Mango and while I thought the combo was the same as the one she wore here, this kurta seemed more cotton and the other silk. My eyes deceiving me? Help!
