It was a green embellished Rabani and Rakha gown that Mini wore to the Star Parivaar Awards. While Mini looks slender and statuesque in the gown, we are iffy on the embellishment part itself. That oval drop under the beaded band on the bodice is just so distracting. Little tacky, no?

Don’t know how we missed Sameera from the 2010 Star Screen Awards but here it is.
She wore an A/W 2009 Rabani and Rakha gown with jeweled details on the neck and waist. Am on the fence about this gown. I quite like the gown and it looks good on Sameera but the hair is a letdown. It’s supposed to be a soft do but looks more messy.

After seeing so many of the same ole Manish Malhotras, this (Rabani and Rakha?) outfit on Asin was a refreshing change. Except, I didn’t like how she wore it. I wish Asin had left the hair open and done her lips better. The light to dark lining style is one I absolutely hate.

Mahima Chaudhary made an appearance at the Mrs India contest as a judge. She wore a green Rabani and Rakha gown that had feather shaped embellished details at the waist and shoulder. While, the gown was lovely on the model, it didn’t quite work its charm on Mahima and mostly due to the hair. Did not like it one bit.
