Among the front-row attendees at Manish Malhotra’s show was Monica Dogra, who for the occasion, you guessed it, picked separates by the designer. Given her signature style, I can see why she’d gravitate to this look. And she makes it work too. But as envy inducing as the flat stomach is, I do wish either the waist of her pants came up a little higher or the hem of her top a little lower to balance out the proportions better.

Bhumi attended Manish’s show wearing a yellow kurta and white skirt, both by the designer. Hair in a bun accessorized with silver jewellery (see here), her look was finished out with Aquamarine jhumkis and rings.

Even though the multiple tiers, two on the kurta and two on the skirt, added unnecessary volume to the look, she still looked pretty.

Given that Ms. Saran is a huge fan of Mr. Malhotra’s, it wasn’t a surprise to see her attend his show at LFW. However, we were very surprised at how restrained her front row look was. She looked great but am still trying to figure out if that is a jumpsuit that she is wearing.

Wearing a cream Manish Malhotra maxi, Dia took in the designer’s show on Tuesday evening at LFW. Given the neckline of the dress, wearing the hair in an updo would’ve worked better as well as carrying a non-burgundy clutch. Between the lipstick, clutch and shoes, it was one wine hued elements too many.

LFW Summer/Resort 2016 kicked off with Manish Malhotra’s show on Tuesday evening and of course, there were plenty of celebs supporting the designer. With a movie coming out, we are quite surprised that Ms. Kapoor wasn’t herself walking the runway but instead it was co-star Arjun who served as one of the showstoppers.

Back to Kareena, if there ever was a need for a soft low bun, this was it. It would’ve really elevated the look.
