With her hair in a severe knot, she finished out the look with a minaudière and show-stopping polki necklace. It was an unexpected, dramatic look, and one in which Malaika fared well.

It was a John Paul Ataker high-low dress for Malaika while at a book launch in Mumbai yesterday. Wearing her hair up (to presumably show off the interesting detail on the back of her dress), she finished out the look with jewelry from Mahesh Notandass and Christian Louboutin pumps. She looked good.
