Ditto!

At the trailer launch of her upcoming movie, Sara was photographed in a suit that we had previously spotted on Malaika too, albeit in a different color. While Sara stuck to her signature style, finishing out the look with matching jootis and silver jewelry, Malaika rounded out her look with nude sandals, a Christian Louboutin bag and Bulgari ‘Serpenti’ watch.

While both ladies wore their suits well and looked nice, I have to give this round to Malaika. Perhaps seeing Sara do so many iterations of the same look in close succession has robbed some of its charm for me!

In Naeem Khan

Wearing a Naeem Khan gown, Malaika helped judge a pageant in Mumbai. This wasn’t a look we were big fans of… The whole thing just looked so dated. The diamond earrings competing with those shoulder pads and turtleneck, the pendant peeking through the keyhole (neckline) and inexplicably, teaming the dress with white Louboutin slingbacks, it was all just a miss.

Sari Style

Wearing saris, both Malaika and Waluscha attended Diwali parties. While the former picked a Manish Malhotra sari, the latter picked one by Kalki to wear. They both looked nice and wore their saris well. That sparkly fringe bag on Malaika though, just No.

Doing Denim

While Genelia teamed her denims shorts with a tee, blazer and pair of strappy yellow sandals for a press meet, Malaika wore hers with a white shirt and Bottega Veneta accessories (bag and sandals) out on a dinner date. Neither of these lovely ladies are making a strong case for the trend (of denim biker shorts) unfortunately… Not a fan of either of these looks.
