For Kriti, it was a Gavin Miguel gown. Slicked back hair, diamond jewelry and strappy sandals rounded out the actor’s look.

I am not at all taken by the dress; between the ring detail and the lapel-ed halter-neck top half, the look felt like it belonged back in the early noughts. That said though, the color looked great on her. And despite all its faults, Kriti worked every bit of that dress; she cut a striking picture.

Recent round of promotions had Kriti pairing her separates with oversized denim jackets and sneakers. We are ‘Team Oversized’ all the way here, usually. But, I am not particularly taken by the Kanika Goyal look on the left, nor do I think the proportions on the right are working for Kriti; she looks rather overwhelmed in that jacket. You like what you see?

Of Promotions

Kriti has been busy promoting her upcoming movie this past week and sporting a few different looks while at it. Loved her in the white the best with the emerald green Intrinsic gown coming a close second, only because of the color.

Which ones were your favorite?

On an aside, it’s also worth mentioning that Ms. Sanon’s photoshoot footwear just about is always vastly different from what she shows up at the real events. Case in example, the yellow David Koma which she wore with thigh-high boots (see here) but with sneakers at the promotions itself. The photoshoot pics sure were eye-catching but the actual real life pics, quite underwhelming.

If we haven’t said it before, it is one of the main reasons, we wait on actual real-life pics before passing a verdict on any person’s look.

At promotions for her movie, Kriti was seen in a printed sari by Ranbir Mukherjee. Having been bombarded by all those heavy duty lehengas and sequin saris courtesy of Diwali soirees, this one made for a welcome change. The print was fun and I quite liked. Did you?

Wearing beige/cream suits, both Raveena and Kriti stepped out in Mumbai not too long ago. The looks might not be much to write home about but no denying that the ladies looked nice.
