In a tiered sequin cream gown, Kareena closed out Manish Malhotra’s grand finale show of the Winter/Festive 2011 edition of Lakme Fashion Week.

Neck up, we think she looked lovely. Neck down, though, was a different story. We weren’t fans of the odd space-y lookin’ gown. A traditional look would’ve worked better on her.

Is it us or have you noticed that we always are fawning over Manish when it is a simpler look. Case in point, Sonam in the blue sari, Preity in the blue suit and Kareena from Filmfare.

The new face of Lakmé, Kareena launched the Lakmé Absolute line dressed in Cue by Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna. While we think Ms. Kapoor looked great, we do like the dress better as it was presented on the runway, with sleeves.

Kareena kept it simple yet effective at the Ra.On wrap up bash in DvF-esque wrap dress with nude Choo crystal-cuff sandals. We really like. Like really!

Not a fan of the kurta. Especially not a fan of the footwear! Ms. Kapoor might be in character but even then, we aren’t quite feeling this look on the beautiful actress.

It’s been a while since we last had a Kareena Kapoor sighting… Wearing a one-shouldered red dress, beautiful Ms. Kapoor made an appearance at a recent launch. Cobalt platform heels completed her look.

Red hot, or not? We’ll go with Not Quite on this one! The dress was already meh and it begged for different hair if not some interesting accessories.
