It was Léger for these three ladies on day two of the Couture Week. While I am not surprised to see H.L on Natasha or Suzanne, it did feel like bit of a cop-out on Sonam’s part seeing her pick an uninspired dress to wear, especially considering there are more fun H.Ls out there!
P.S: Natasha is in Hervé Léger Fall 2010 and Sonam in a version that was quite similar to Parmeshwar’s. And while Sonam was in vintage Hervé Léger (pre Max Azria), we still think a more fun one would’ve worked better.
P.P.S: Special mention to Sonam’s McQueen clutch, still very high on our lust list!

When you’ve got figures like these three ladies do, one wonders if you can really screw up a Léger? Apparently, one still can!
We got no complains about Gayatri. Her Léger had us at the color and we loved how she paired it well with the Leiber butterfly minaudiere. Madhoo’s appearance was a letdown because the main detail of the dress was hidden by her hair. And, of course after seeing Zoe and Eva wear the same dress (see here), one couldn’t help but feel meh seeing it on Madhoo.
We’d never have expected the woman who started it all (read: Léger mania) to go so wrong. Match-Much wrong.

We all have our favorites when it comes to dressing up but nothing beats Ms. Godrej’s love for Hervé Léger dresses. At the Dabangg premiere, she was spotted in a white one which in itself look good on her but the look as a whole was a downer because of the tan sandals and the odd necklace.
Last night, at Shabana Azmi’s 60th birthday bash, Parmeshwar added her other trademark to her Leger look, the beret. She contrasted her all-black look with a white scarf around her neck. Of the two, definitely preferred her black look more.
