While at a recent Birthday do, Genelia was photographed in a full-skirted Samanth Chauhan gown. With her hair in a classic updo, she rounded out the look with diamond jewelry and pair of ankle-strap sandals. The dress is interestingly both princess-y and mother-of-brideish all at once, and though Genelia looked elegant, am on the fence about the whole look.

At the Eid party, Genelia was seen in an Archana Jaju gharara. The base taupe color isn’t one that I would be normally drawn to, but she looked radiant.

These ladies all suited up for their recent appearance. Unfortunately though, not every look was successful. Genelia looked overwhelmed in all that plaid and the length on Saiyami’s pants didn’t quite work for her. Kirti’s suit made for an interesting pick but it was Aditi’s look that had my vote. Well-tailored, sleek and minimal; she looked sharp.

P.S: Saiyami is in Ankita Bajaj and Kirti is wearing Rahul Mishra.

Genelia suited up for her two recent outings. While we love a sharp suit, neither of these looks hit a home run. It was a lost opportunity. Do you feel differently?

Like Disha, Genelia too went with super casual for one screening and with a relatively dressier approach for another.

If I had to choose, my vote would go to the white separates, no contest there! The chunky boots that she paired her denims with were an absolute deal-breaker for me; the proportions do her no favor and the chunky/grunge-y boots themselves just didn’t work with rest of the look.
