Neha, who hosted the Vogue Beauty Awards, donned a cobalt blue Gauri and Nainika gown pairing it with a fun eight-ball minaudiere by Judith Leiber.

At first glance, the look instantly felt off. Unlike Sophie’s look, here one felt that the cup size on the bust needed to be just a tad bigger and less snug. Also, wearing the hair worn down might have downplayed the neckline unlike her sleek hairdo which only amplified it.

For me, this look was a Not Quite. What about for you?

Nimrat, who helped pick the winners of the Vogue Beauty Awards, attended the ceremony wearing a green bustier style gown by Gauri and Nainika. Wearing her hair side-swept in curls, she finished out her look with a pair of diamond earrings and ring from Nirav Modi.

She looked fantastic. I’d be remiss though, if I didn’t mention that the very visible asymmetric panel lines on the skirt portion was a bit distracting.

Athiya attended the Vogue India Beauty Awards wearing a strapless Gauri & Nainika gown. She already won half the battle with the gown pick which was dramatic thanks to its color and ruffle detail. Taking the look up a few notches was the lip color and the choice to keep the jewellery understated.

For a first-time fashion ‘do appearance, she did extremely well. Loved it!

P.S. She is wearing Dior gold studs.

Virat and Anushka attended the Vogue Beauty Awards together with the latter picking a pale yellow Gauri and Nainika gown. When a gown itself is dramatic on color or design, one doesn’t feel te need for additional finishing touches. But, in her case, the gown needed a bit more and no, we aren’t going to consider her plus one as a dramatic enough accessory. 😛

Her look needed a wee bit more makeup and some color by way of cuff or even a clutch.

This one was a Not Quite for us.
