Aditi attended the IIFA Awards in a strapless beaded gown by Falguni and Shane Peacock with a beaded choker that seemed to match the gown. That Jolie-esque pose wasn’t really needed here but other than that, she looked great!

It was a playful Falguni And Shane Peacock dress for Kriti while promoting her movie recently. Given that the dress had a lot going on, Kriti finished out the look with a sleek updo, understated earrings from Hyperbole and nude slingbacks.
Personally, the dress isn’t my cup of tea; between the sheer dotted and striped panelling and the ruffles, there’s a bit too much going on. Though the styling helps tone it down, it’s not enough to sell the dress to me. Kriti to her credit though fares better than most others would in it.

Wearing a Falguni And Shane Peacock embellished mini featuring exaggerated tulle sleeves, Kriti attended the GQ 100 Best Dressed soiree on Saturday evening. Yes, the sleeves give the mini its interesting detail, but do I like it? Not really.

While at a event at the onging Cannes Film Festival, Kangana was photographed in a lovely silk sari by Madhurya, one that she teamed with a custom Falguni and Shane Peacock corset.
Vintage-inspired updo aside, she rounded out the look with a pair of oxblood gloves and chunky Saint Laurent sandals. I want to like this look, I really do, but those gloves and sandals ruin whatever this look had going for it. I am not sure what the thinking behind adding those gloves was, especially considering it neither was cold, nor after dark nor was it a ball or gala that she was at. Besides, it added nothing to the sari. The sandals too were a bad pick considering how heavy and clunky they looked. If the idea was to cement the old school-ness of the look, the hair and outfit were enough to bring home the point. Minus those, the sari looked great on her.
It was almost like she committed to an idea of a look and it was too late to turn back. All in all, a lost opportunity.
