Yellow, Three Ways!

While out and about in Mumbai, these ladies served up some of that sunshine color in their own way.

Divya teamed her yellow kurta/dress with a pair of contrasting block-printed pants and easy jootis. And Malaika paired her button-down and boyfriend jeans with gold-toned jewelry and some chunky ankle-strap sandals. Finally, Rashmika opted for yellow separates, pairing the two with matching yellow sandals and gold hoops.

Of Dresses

As temperatures begin to climb, out come easy, fuss-free dresses. For a day out, all of these ladies teamed their casual, neutral/pastel colored dresses with comfy flats. What’s your summertime go-to?

Out And About

Wearing crop-top and jogger sets, Divya stepped out in Mumbai recently. Shall we just give thanks for skipping tie-dye at this point?

Of Gowns

Gowns was what most ladies picked to wear on Saturday evening for the Filmfare Awards but can’t say we loved them all. They all had a few faults here and there. Sunny looked nice but her gown was meh. Aahana’s double slit was unnecessary and those folks looked like fox ears which I couldn’t unsee. Anupriya would’ve been a winner had she worn open-toe sandals.

Nora wore her gown well but I didn’t like the gown itself. Ms. Khosla needed better hairdo and makeup to go with the gown. Sonali’s gown was just terrible, but not worse than Priya’s Neeta Lulla gown and those two jarring circle inserts.

Daisy fared well in her top knot and minimalist styling. She looked nice.

A Separate(s) Story

For an evening out at a local restaurant, Divya teamed her black mini with a grey crop-top and denim jacket. A Louis Vuitton bag and pair of sneakers rounded out her casual look. Going for a more polished/put-together look recently, Divya teamed her striped midi skirt with a black tank, pair of classic Christian Louboutin pumps and a Sophie Hulme bag. Though she made both looks work for her, personally like her in the midi more!
