Considering stylist Anaita was front row at the Huemn show and loving the collection, you knew it wasn’t going to be too long before we saw one of the designs on her client Deepika.

At the Vogue Empower event, where Deepika and director Homi Adajania unveiled the MyChoice video that they shot to improve gender equality, Ms. Padukone was seen in a pin-stripe Huemn suit straight off the LFW runway. Even though the hair and makeup was kept a bit dressy, keeping Huemn’s sporty luxe theme in mind, white sneakers finished out the look.

Stop the presses! Deepika ditched her oxblood/maroon lip color in a favor of a brighter, red-toned lip. And that by itself gives this look a pass! Not that she didn’t wear her Monisha Jaising cut-out gown well… She did!

At the trailer launch of Piku, Ms. Padukone was seen in fresh off the LFW runway Shift separates which originally on the runway were shown paired with different pieces.

One never wants to see an exact runway look but in this case I didn’t think the blue top quite worked with the olive green skirt. Adding to the disconnect was the styling, especially the maroon lips.

Just me feeling that way?

At the Anamika Khanna finale show, Deepika gave us a dark look in a crop top and wide-legged pants and a sheer cape featuring a gold egyptian style collar. A sleek side-parted ponytail, smoky-eyes and statement Valliyan earrings finished out her front-row look.

She looked fabulous!

Deepika took in Manish’s show surprisingly not wearing a look from the designer’s collection. She attended the show wearing a black Michael Kors jumpsuit with sparkly Choos. The big change here from yesterday was the simple ponytail and lack of lip color and what a great change it was. Love!
