In Gauri and Nainika

Because of security reasons, Ms. Padukone skipped the red carpet last week and so we don’t really have many pictures of her in the red Gauri and Nainika. Having said that though, found a few online that we aren’t allowed to republish but you can reference. (See here and here.)

At first glance, I did love the look, but the more I look at it, I feel like the gown should’ve been more of column design for an even more impactful look. What say you?

In Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla

Deepika attended the Asiavision Awards last weekend in Sharjah wearing a white Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla sari with diamond and emarald drop earrings. With the jacket not being floor-length, can’t say I found it to be very effective but my bigger issue was with the hairdo. A softer do was much needed here.

Travel(v)ogue

Teaming a printed dress with a pair of distressed denims, Deepika was photographed as she exited the airport. Red lip color, Chloe sandals and a Chanel tote rounded out the actor’s off-duty look. She made it work!

In Sailesh Singhania

On Sunday, Deepika attended an awards ceromony in Vijaywada wearing a green handwoven Sailesh Singhania sari and a balloon sleeve blouse of a lighter shade with jewellery from Tanishq.

I would’ve preferred the hair to be a bit less severe but loved everything else!

In All About You

Promotions for Padmavati on Friday saw Ms. Padukone keep it simple in a red embroidered maxi from her own label, All About You. While it was nice to see her wearing something from her own label, can’t say I liked the maxi or the styling.
