Knot Spotting

When it comes to evening clutches, the Bottega Veneta Knot clutch has pretty much blown the competition out of the water and at the Triumph show these fabulous ladies were spotted carrying their own. While, we lust for all the Knots equally, have to say that of the three, Tania wears it the best. The print of Twinkle’s dress was nice but the dress itself being a tad too short, threw the silhouette off.

In Roberto Cavalli

For the life of me, I cannot understand why Gauri felt the need to put a belt on this Roberto Cavalli gown. The slouchy YSL unnecessarily draws attention to her waist and brings back memories of a certain uncle whose tummy was so big he had to wear his belt under it! 😛 Coming back to Gauri, she would have looked so much better if she had just skipped it. Alas, another look spoilt thanks to one too many accessories.

Bag Spotting

While belts are in, this is an outfit I would have much preferred without it. It’s a good thing the BV hobo distracts more than the belt.

A Lust Lost

When I included this clutch back in April as part of the lust list, it was a serious case of lust’itis. I however believe I may have been cured. This is not how I envisioned the clutch to have been carried. If it was a kurti/tunic that Roopa had to go with, am sure there were plenty other options she could’ve chosen from, then why this?
