Madhuri attended the trailer launch of her upcoming series wearing a leather sheath dress. Having seen her non-stop in Indian wear for her TV series, this outing made for a very welcome change. She looked nice. Having said that though, I wish she hadn’t gone the leather route. It bunched up oddly at the waist but that is a very minor gripe.

Alia attended the trailer launch of RRR in Mumbai on Thursday then a press meet in Bengaluru on Friday. For the trailer launch, it was a simple Sabyasachi sari paired with kundan earrings and for the press meet, a Payal Khandwala brocade sharara set.

While she looked nice in both, loved the sharara a whole lot more.

At back to back events, Katrina was seen wearing sheer floral embroidered saris, first in a Tarun Tahiliani one in Hyderabad and then in a Rahul Mishra for an event in Dubai. Small earrings and bindi finished out her look both times. While she did look lovely in both, wouldn’t blame you for feeling the sari was the same at both events. I sure thought so at first glance.

For promotions of her movie on TV shows, Katrina was seen wearing blue first in an Anita Dongre sari and then in a blue Prabal Gurung corset top and skirt that gave off lehenga vibes. While I loved her in the sari, between the bow on the corset straps and the color smudge design, the Gurung outfit felt a bit kiddish. Can’t say I liked it.
