Ananya attended the Filmare Awards wearing a bandhani sari featuring a bustier with sequins in a patola-inspired pattern from Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla. The pick was an ode to Gujarat’s craft (where the awards were held) and I thought it was incorporated well without looking gimmicky. She looked good.

Alia attended Durga puja celebrations on Wednesday evening wearing a Dhakai Jamdani with a chikankari full-sleeve blouse from Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla. A Dhakai Jamdani stands out because of the woven motif in the border. The additional embroidered border done by the designers duo drew attention away from the motifs and all the charm that made it a Jamdani was completely lost.
Also, Alia here looks like she is playing dress up vs owning the sari. Rhea, who styled her, is a good stylist but I think gets really caught up that everything must be “big name designer”.

Janhvi who is repping her movie at TIFF 2025 attended two events first in a resham sari from Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla and then in a Prada dress and coat from the Spring 2004 collection that used benarasi material for the dress. The sari was pretty and if she’d worn it the Nivi drape way, the look would’ve felt more elegant. As is, I wasn’t a fan and also it just feels so silly to drape the sari this way and then add a shawl and a coat when the right drape would’ve eliminated the need for the shawl/coat.
Loved the Prada look though especially those minimalist Aprajita Toor kolhapuri style sandals.

Huma was seen at an event ATIFF in a red floor-length anarkali from Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla featuring heavy embroidery on the bust. The screening of her movie saw her in a blue gown from Schiaparelli. Both times she wore her hair in a ponytail.
I would’ve preferred a cream anarkali on the red carpet but it wasn’t a deal breaker. She looked great in both. Have a preference?

GQ hosted its 2025 Best Dressed edition on Thursday evening with the theme being the Roaring 20s. Picking up on the theme but going the maximalist route was Ananya in this pearl structured dress from Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla. Given the theme and the event in question: this worked. I liked it.

Post attending the event, she attended the wrap party of her movie in a different dress but same sparkly sandals while arriving but switched to Chanel slingbacks while leaving.
