Wearing a floral print dhoti sari by Nikasha, Taapsee helped promote Mission Mangal on Wednesday. Considering the sari itself was s busy, wearing the hair in the braided middle-parted bun was a good move. She looked great!

I guess her theme for this round of promotions is these half/fusion sarees. Given that I’m not a fan of the style, I can ignore that and still appreciate the makeup and hair. She looks nice in this colour.
I can easily picture her in a nicely stitched patiala salwar suit in same color combo instead of this so called sari. The winner here is her face and hair style anyway
Thats a quirky look that she rocks but please don’t call it saree, name it anything else.
I would rather call it Siyapaa, fusion of kediyu, patiyala salwar and dupatta worn in saree pallu style.
Tapsee favours complicated silhouettes most times, currently fusion sarees seems to be her favoured attire. Just not appealing to the eyes, I can’t even make out its supposed to be a saree.
One of my most striking memories of Mangal mission was these lovely ladies of ISRO proudly rocking their simple and neat sarees with gajra and exuberant smiles – and the bollywood claims to make a movie on that iconic moment but insist on giving it this unwanted glamorous tadka.. just for that, i cant with this movies promotions.

Can be more like an effort to connect with the youth and newer generation.
Adding certain characters, certain fashion and certain outlook will link the general next with the film, giving them more inspiration and ambition.

I don’t know what this outfit is trying to be.salwar?, saree?, one sleeved kurta?layered kurta? And two different fabrics.It’s pretending to be elevated and modern when it’s just over designed.
