Taapsee kicked off promotions for Rashmi Rocket wearing a waistcoat and pants set from Deme with a tan top, rings from Paavaki jewellery and ear cuffs from Aditi Bhatt. She sure looked good!
When it comes to Taapsee and her stylist, Devki, every promotional series has a theme and according to the latter, we are going to be seeing a lot of Gender Fluid looks to go in line with the theme of the movie.

I get what they’re going for here but this look is so flat and dull. The pants don’t fit her right and need ironing. That vest is hideous.
I don’t get how this look is gender fluid. If they wanted to go for that look – should have chosen different clothes
Not sure what gender fluid means, but these are some I’ll fitting pants and ugly waistcoat. The eye wear doesn’t suit her.
Those pants are so ill fitting. Waist coat doesn’t work either. Deme is usually a miss, so not surprised here.
Something is off here. Maybe the color palette, the crop top or the proportions. I don’t like it at all.
I like the pants and waistcoat, a better t shirt would’ve finished it well. Idk who’s wear a waistcoat buttoned down though, they simple hang awkwardly n this is how it looks then. Needed better styling
You can always tell a Deme sighting from the bad tailoring. The outfit is DOA.
There is nothing gender fluid about this get up. Can you imagine a man wear these pieces? No. They are cut and designed for women body. Vest does not make it gender fluid.

As far as I can tell from the trailer, the movie has nothing to do with gender fluidity. Probably about hyperandrogenism. And no idea what was meant by “gender fluid looks”.
The look only fits the absurdity theme
The pants is bad but that waistcoat is hideous…in cut, structure, shape, fit, everything. But that’s the Deme signature, I guess. As for gender-fluid, when women first started wearing pants, we were never called gender fluid, I don’t get why there’s an obsession with these new age terms now. Gender is just meaningless stereotypes, sex matters, not gender.

came here to say this. I think the term is androgynous and frankly there is nothin androgynous about this.. androgynous would be pleated boxy pants, button down shirts, over sized blazers..
the pants here have a large metallic buckle, they are tailored to fit her, she’s wearing heels and a nude crop.. what is androgynous?

Do they mean androgynous? They should’ve gone all the way with gender fluid shoes too then . In any case this just so dull . Hope they have some fun with future choices .
This is a terrible look. There is nothing gender fluid about this look. It’s just bad clothes. She needs a different stylist. In general, Taapse wears weird clothes.
