Sonam attended the Filmfare OTT Awards on Sunday evening wearing a strapless Alexander McQueen dress. She kept the look low on jewellery but high on leather and her being her looked nice, but wearing those gloves and boots together was just making me feel quite stuffy.

Gloves and boots are not working and so is the pushed up and contoured neckline.
Hmmm … have to disagree. Sonam being Sonam, makes every outfit look so overdone/overworked.

Her posture and the way her hands come together make her look like a little girl who playfully dipped her legs and arms in coal tar and is now scared of mummy’s reaction!!!!
It doesn’t look like an outfit, it looks like a costume.
WHY can we not go back to simpler silhouettes? simpler styling? can you imagine if she was back to softer colors? i do not mean this in a negative way but as a new mom and probably being extra busy juggling 2 countries…really wish she can take a step back from stuffy fashion and consider some easy fun flowing silhouettes?
p.s. this applies to all the ladies under the lens… hot bods or not (ok, granted if you got it flaunt it) but i so wish the 30 year olds/adult women would give us peak Indian fashion inspo once in a while…I am dying to see embroidery/texture/flowy skirts…with an individuality…not sure where all that is gone…(lol sorry for my moody rant) 😉 !
What’s this ? It’s good to stand out from the crowd sonam , but not at the cost of looking overdone and comical .

With that hairstyle, eye makeup, gloves and boot. This look is so crowded and doing nothing for her.
And yes it is a stuffy look!

She looks good, I loved the leathers here…I don’t think the boots would work without gloves and minus them, the dress would look basic.
