It was a Mango jumpsuit for Sonakshi at the DVD launch of Rowdy Rathore. Unfortunately, wearing the broad belt and that too so high didn’t work. She came off looking bottom-heavy.

Love the color on her, but the fit is just making me LOL.
Hope some stylist comes to her rescue soon!
agree! she badly needs a stylist. it worked wonders for deepika, kareena, asin.
btw wat did she learn in fashion school?
^^ haha! good one.
The angle from which the pic has been taken is just wrong! Bet she looked better from front angle.
I have often thought about it. She seems to always be on the wrong side than right.
I think she looks amazing. Really great hair and makeup and the blue with coral outfit is cute.
On an aside, your grammar is SO Indian! “That too so high” LOL!!
p and p’s grammar is perfectly correct. regarding sonakshi, she hasn’t been able to pull off this outfit.
lol how juvenile to focus on such things!! thats So indian
Nothing wrong in being “Indian.” Isn’t that why we visit this blog? For all things INDIAN fashion.
And that too “tadka laga ke” 😉
Annie/Rezia: Its so lame to say “lol”. Are you unable, perhaps to effectively articulate your amusement without resorting to Lol? Hmm? It screams..you know, Bimbo. Let me say it again, Bimbo.
And its so very pathetic and unintelligent to make racist generalizations.
Please. Keep your bigoted nonsense to yourself.
Tell me, and tell us all, please. What does “that’s so Indian” mean? From the condescension apparent in both your tones, it is clear that you believe that it is a matter shame to be and act too Indian.
Speaking for myself, I’d rather be “so Indian” than be found mouthing such inanities with such apparent pride.’My pets, please dont go around making such fools of yourselves.
Moderators, henceforth, can you be a little less tolerant of such comments?
their grammar is excellent. it’s you who has a problem.
sonakshi looks quite ridiculous, especially for someone who attended fashion college.
language is by humans for humans, as long as u understand it there is nothig wrong in any way a person speaks, unless it is for an exam in that language.
Being ‘Indian’ is no less than any other, so please think before u speak, that too on a blog on indian fashion. First of all why are you visiting a site that is so ‘indian’.
Beautiful definition of the aim of language 🙂
interesting how she copied the model point-on-point and still got it wrong!
On the model it ‘falls’ smoothly in that its fitted where it needs to be and is ‘flowy’ where it should be. On Sonakshi it fits in all the wrong ways. She needs to learn to dress for her frame. She isn’t thin which is all great but her choices don’t help the cause.
As usual no mirror at home!!!
loll
Agree!!
the belt and shoes look so cheap!
in Agreed, a low slung thin belt would’ve made this a good look.
It’s too tight on her….it needs to be flowy!!
sonaksi aside – where are u guys P&P – need more posts!!
She is not a Deepika or Kareena to carry this off. She has to learn to wear clothes that fits/suits her body type. That jumpsuit is so wrong on her. Those shoes are pretty ugly.
This outfit was a bad choice.
The design of this jumpsuit would make stick thin Kate Moss look like a cow. Bad choice for Sonakshi.
Ok, it this jumpsuit even makes the model in the picture to the right look bottom heavy.
almost a wtheyy
Sonakshi’s bodytype is not meant for the bodysuit, which is probably cute on someone who has a small frame. I do like the shoes, just not with this outfit. The belt is completely wrong. It would have been better if she had not worn a belt. At least the flowly fabric would have shown through, eliminating the heavy bottom llook (not that it’s big or anything).
Teeny tiny polkas are not meant for heavy body types! She should have gone for medium sized ones and opted for a flared jumpsuit or a pantsuit instead.
And really red? What is she trying to draw the attention of the Cellulite Exorcist?
This is a very cute outfit and I love, love the shoes!
