Wearing a co-ord set from Jenn, Sonakshi attended an Eid Party earlier in the week. Going by the pic posted by her stylist where her hair was styled differently, Sonakshi attended the party straight from work duties and that explains the casual co-ord set. Having said that, was neither a fan of the separates nor the fanny bag she chose to wear with it.

Honestly this outfit reminded me of Salman Khan’s style in the 90’s!
She’s doing the justice to the basic outfit.
Bollywood has reached a point where by default actors (esp female ones) dress up badly. It’s either cheap clothes like these or the loud anarkalis and lehengas.
Blame it on the stylists too. Except a very few actors who have a great sense of style themselves and also have the power to approve/disapprove a look suggested by their stylist, I think the rest either don’t care as long as they’re getting paid or think they can pull off the look or are too busy. Or maybe any sort of publicity (even WTHeyy category) works for them

This for Eid, even after a work shoot, is unforgivable. She could just take 5 minutes to change into something festival appropriate. That said, the outfit is nothing much to write home about either.
Didn’t one of the Kardashians wear something similar? The lines et Al although theirs was much better fitted and finish and styling was great. This just falls flat in both style and finish category. Neck up, Sonakshi looks pretty
If the trousers did not have top stitching, this would have been an OK outfit. Most Indian designers don’t know where to stop re. over design
So she had the time to straighten her hair but no time to change the outfit for Eid party… just saying 😉
And change the nail color too!!
