Shweta attended the trailer unveiling of her upcoming series wearing a pant-sari by Sonam Luthria with kolhapuri heels. I may not have warmed up to pant-saris but between the color combo and the beading, I quite liked this. I wish she’d also worn the belt that was part of the outfit.

This outfit makes me cringe and it’s the hybrid pant sari that I can never warm up to. The colour and styling would’ve been perfect had it been a sari or a lehenga.
Why Shweta? Why?
Not suiting her petite frame. That doesn’t mean outfit is any good.
‘Let’s play house-house’….. That’s what this reminds me of!

There are pants and then there are saris. NO pant-saris. Don’t ruin two beautiful outfits in the name of fashion, fusion, designer, experimentation, moving out of comfort zone, edgy and such. This is a ridiculous outfit, on Swetha, the model and anyone for the matter.
To her credit, she does look nice despite the strange outfit.
Terrible. Of all the choices out there, why this?
Nope. Not working at all. And that garish yellow is not helping the case either.
