Shruti attended the Puli audio launch wearing a Rimple & Harpreet Narula lehenga. As pretty as the lehenga was, her look felt way too over-accessorized. We’d have skipped either the earrings or the hand-piece.
We’d have also added a berry lip to give the gold look some much needed color. Like her look?

Why why Sruthi??!! You have such beautiful face and body.
This look needs a pop of color via eyes and lip. And different dupatta drape and hair.
Such an UNIMPRESSIVE combination of colors, green-gold on tan? Could they have picked something more dull please? SUCH intricate work. Unfortunately the most yawn inducing outfit overall.
The way she is clutching her dupatta self consciously she seems very uncomfortable with all the “exposure”. Looks like she walked out of shooting an item number 😛
She has a gorgeous face though….
Head-piece was totally unnecessary. So costume-y. Why wear such a heavy duty lehenga-look for an audio launch? Beats me.

She looks beautiful. A strong lip would have been a good choice. But still, given that the movie is like a period film, seems like she is in character with all the bling.
Perfect outfit for a mehendi function not for an audio launch! Take out the head piece and the bracelet put on a bright colored lip and you should be ok!
Even her Lehenga did not looked great. The design of Lehenga was looking very cluttered. She should have selected something more elegant and simple.
P&P are right, a bolder lip would have provided a pop of colour and given this outfit that much needed boost! But I don’t think this look is over accesorised, she could easily have worn a necklace but she skipped it. Now that would have been OTT!
Was she performing? Otherwise there is no excuse for wearing this. Also, I’m seeing more and more celebs dressing up this way (blingy voluminous clothes and heavy jewellery). Has 80’s fashion made a comeback? Beautiful girl. Bad clothes!
Pretty woman, but this is a hideous outfit.
Also I cant help but notice – her eyes look so incompletely done in 90% of her looks. Its the biggest downer for me. With or without makeup – either is good, but over dressing with a half made up face is so unfortunate.
SOOO over the top. And looking at the pictures its too small for her waist.
