Shilpa attended the Kalyan Jewellers navratri celebrations wearing a lehenga from Gaurang. I wish the top was the same color as the border of the dupatta. As is, it felt like a whole lot of red. She looked nice nevertheless with the hair all tied up.

I get the idea behind this comment… but I also think these occasions are PR opportunities like any other where one attends to “see” and “be seen,” so yes, this occasion is as divine as any other, haha.
I get that, so lets comment on just her outfit and not compare her with Kat?
The red blouse looks just fine. Not every saree blouse needs to be in contrast
