Shilpa attended a party at a club on Sunday evening wearing a sequin fringe top with a matching skirt and of course her being her, the silver elements didn’t end there. Unless she was filling in as the dance floor disco ball, there was no need to wear these many flashy items together.

I think she invented a time machine where she gets in her closet and travels to the 90s, dresses up and then opens the door and comes back to 2023.
There is no plausible explanation other than this for giving back to back tacky, item song looks.
