Shilpa wore a Manish Malhotra sari gown to the Diwali party at his house and I have to ask if everyone lives in an echo chamber in Bollywood. Who thought that this bust design was a good one? Like what is even happening?!? This was another sighting that had me quite exasperated!

Eeeks. She wanted to look hot but she only managed to look as if she is entangled in seaweed. On a more positive note, her make up looks much better than before. She looks better with less colourful make up.
